Dr. Sonal Shrivastava is Senior Endocrinologist (Hormone Soecialist) in Dehradun with more than 10 yrs of experience as consultant endocrinologist. She is an NTSE scholar and was a topper throughout school. She got selected in first attempt in MP-PMT in 1994 and got 15 th rank in the whole state of MP. She did her MBBS from MGM Medical College, Indore in 1999 and received merit-scholarship throughout MBBS. Thereafter she got selected on basis of merit in All-India pre-PG in 2001 and did MD in Internal Medicine from Government Medical College Baroda, MS University, Baroda, Gujarat in 2004. After specialising she did her super-speciality in Endocrinology from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Cochin, Kerala and also got trained in the Department of Endocrinology, Post Graduate Institute, Chandigarh. She is Diplomate National Board in Endocrinology and Member of National Academy of Medical Sciences. She cleared Speciality certification exam of Endocrinology by Royal College of Physicians, UK and is one of the very few UK Certified Endocrinologists of India. She is a member of several prestigious medical societies including Endocrine Society, USA, Indian Thyroid Society, Endocrine Society of India and Association of Physicians of India. She is a National Speaker in various endocrine, Thyroid and diabetes CMEs and conferences and does lot of community service in form of camps and awareness.
